AEF Mini-Grant Points of Agreement

As a prospective Mini-Grant recipient I understand and agree that

  • This application does not seek funds to support a field trip.
  • Grant funds will be available upon announcement of the grant by AEF.
  • Equipment and materials purchased with AEF funds will remain at the school site/s and become property of the Albany Unified School District.
  • Upon completion of the project or by June 4, 2018, I will provide an on-line Mini-Grant Report (accessible through my log-in) that includes

    • brief narrative description of the results and/or effects of project,
    • copies of receipts
    • at least one digital photo related to the grant that could be posted on the AEF website and/or used in other promotional material. The photo should not show students' faces.
  • I will complete the project and Grant Report by June 8, 2018.
  • I will return to the Foundation any funds received from AEF, and not spent for this project before the end of the 2015-2016 school year.
  • In all aspects, this project/activity and its implementation complies with the policies and regulations of the Albany Unified School District.
  • I will not use AEF funds to pay for food of any kind.
  • I will not earmark grant funds to be used in any attempt to influence legislation within the meaning of the Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3)
  • I will not transfer these funds to any other person or use them for another project.

Projects and Project Reports must be completed no later than June 8, 2018.
